Description:
This camp is for the competitive swimmers (ages 10-18) with at least one season of high school, summer league, or proficiency in the four competitive strokes. Two daily pool sessions will emphasize stroke and skill development while maintaining aerobic fitness. The schedule will include daily-personalized videotape analysis, individualized stroke drills, starts, turns, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Fun activities will include snorkeling, bodysurfing and rough water swimming at La Jolla Cove.
