SROM is a premier Christian outdoor leadership education and wilderness adventure program. Our passion is to establish God’s Kingdom in the hearts and lives of individuals through wilderness ministry. There are many organizations that offer quality outdoor programming, yet SROM takes the typical wilderness adventure and creates the opportunity for divine-human encounter. On a SROM course you will experience worship, discipleship, a safe moral environment, authentic community, and servant leadership. Our programming activities include backpacking, rock climbing, mountaineering, back country cooking, alpine and back country living, orienteering, and community building. SROM programming occurs in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and desert southwest with trips conducted in Wyoming, Colorado and Arizona in locations such as Rocky Mountain National Park, Wind River Wilderness and Grand Canyon National Park. SROM is one of nine wilderness adventure programs accredited with the Association of Experiential Education.
