Kanakuk K-Kaua’i Family Camp is a chance for the whole family to share in the Kanakuk experience! Our family camp in Branson, MO, has all the hallmarks of a great Kanakuk summer: fantastic food, beautiful facilities, unique activities, and a dedication to strong family relationships informed by Christian principles.
This brand-new camp sports a water park, mini golf course, coffee shop, indoor/outdoor gymnasiums, water slides, gift shop, state-of-the-art High Elements course, themed pool, and the famous Kanakuk zipline! Families can try canoeing or kayaking on the beautiful Lake Taneycomo, or they can take a trip to nearby Dogwood Canyon for hiking, fishing, biking, and horseback riding.
Families live together in “cabanas”, Polynesian-style air-conditioned units that sleep a family of six comfortably. A full-service themed restaurant offers wonderful food as well as the opportunity for music or speakers during the dinner hour. Families can participate in excursions (like shopping at the new Branson Landing) or in competitions and challenges.
Our Family Camp is designed to meet the needs of the entire family, including the youngest. We provide infant care as well as a toddler and preschool program called “Koconut Kids”. Children will be provided age-appropriate activities, Bible stories, teaching, and singing.
The Kanakuk experience is about more than having a great time, though. At K-Kaua’i, families grow both emotionally and spiritually. Our Family Camp schedule includes daily Bible studies and worship services. Nationally-known experts in marriage and family living will conduct seminars in strengthening family bonds and managing conflicts that arise in marriage and parenthood. K-Kaua’i will help parents train their children in forming Christian character as well as provide resources for the adults’ own spiritual and personal growth.
