    INVITING ADVANCED YOUNG TALENT!
    Experience the Best of Broadway! Study with the Masters!


    Participants in our WINTER & SUMMER intensives will be studying with more then 30 of New York's most prominent Broadway dancers, music directors, choreographers, coaches, and directors. Recent Master Class instructors featured TONY award winners John Gallagher Jr, Stephen Schwartz, Sutton Foster, Lea Salonga, Beth Leavel, and Jason Robert Brown.

     

    Other highlights include workshoping choreography from upcoming and current Broadway shows such as Legally Blonde, Spring Awakening, Wicked, Billy Elliot, Jersey Boys, Hairspray, Spamalot, Rent, Shrek, Spiderman, and West Side Sory, Guest Seminars with Tony Award winning Actors and Directors, Industry Forum with top casting directors and agents, and participation in Master Classes with choreographers and dance captains from current Broadway shows.


    Students will have their choice of over 30 master classes. Sample workshops include:

    Musical Theater Scene Work,

    Song Interpretation,

    Let's talk Shop (Promoting yourself as an actor),

    Improvisation,

    Voice,

    The 16 bar audition,

    Sight Reading,

    Cold Reading Audition Technique,

    Shakespeare,

    The 2 Minute Monologue,

    Styles, Periods and Accents,

    New Repertoire (upcoming and current Broadway music),

    Coaching and Refining your Current Repetoire,

    Choreography,

    Stretching Techniques,

    Tap, Jazz, Modern, Ballet,

    Musical Theater Dance and More!!

    Choose:
    Your Major Emphasis in Dance, Music, or Drama.

     


    Design:

    Your own curriculum from the 30+ closed training classes. Though you will have Advanced Master Classes in your MAJOR - your schedule will include elective classes and diverse training and exposure to disciplines other than your MAJOR. Broadway Artists Alliance is designed to develop the triple threat performer!

     


    Meet:

    A leading Broadway casting director, top NY agent, personal manager specializing in young artists, and a Tony award winning working Broadway actor. They will work with you in special seminars on the art of auditioning and advice on the business!


    Other highlights:

    Study and stay in the heart of the Theater District and Times Square in New York City!

    Attend a Broadway performance!


    And Finally . . . . . . . . . . .

    Summer Intensive Session Two will culminate in a Final Showcase of the repertoire created in New Rep and Master Classes. All participants will perform for Industry Professionals (Casting Directors, Agents, Managers, Directors, and Music Directors), Parents, and other invited guests - in a beautifully equipped OFF BROADWAY THEATER!!!!! You'll be performing right in the heart of New York's theater district on New World Stages!
